Fees are available via email request and will be discussed at the first session. When considering the fees the below may be worth considering.

Private Health Insurance funds

If you are a member of any of the following health funds, rebates may be available:

- Bupa
- Medibank,
- ahm,
- Police Health Fund,
- Emergency Services Health,
- St Lukes Health,
- Phoenix Health,
- Grand United and
- the Doctors Health funds.

If you are unsure if you have this coverage, please check your policy or with your health fund provider.

FEES

NDIS

The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) provides support for Australians with disabilities, their families and their carers.

If you are not currently receiving disability support and are unsure if you qualify, you can apply to the NDIS directly. They can be contacted on 1800 800 110, 8am to 5pm (AEST) Monday to Friday to apply or visit https://www.ndis.gov.au/

I can offer counselling and psychotherapy services to NDIS participants with a current plan. You need to be 18 years or over and your plan needs to include the support category “Improved Daily Living Skills (CB daily activity)”.

Cancellation

I understand that occasionally appointments need to be cancelled or rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances.

I request that you provide at least 48 hours notice (i.e. two business days) if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment time. This allows time for the appointment to be offered to another person.

Where cancellation is made with less than 24 hours notice, or for non-attendance, a fee will be applicable.
